The premise

11 Richmond Buildings is an innovative new office building in the heart of Soho, London. 

This seven storey development is situated in a quiet street between Dean Street and Wardour Street in the heart of Soho, London. It is immediately adjacent to the The Soho Hotel and is within a short walk of some of London’s finest restaurants and bars, vibrant cafes and exciting theatre and nightlife. Luxury office provider Bourne Office Space asked me to create a brand identity with which to market the building and its offering. The property is characterised by its stunning façade tiled in emerald green. I used the geometry of the building’s design to create a sleek visual langage for use across marketing materials.
