The premise

The Royal College of Radiologists leads, educates and supports doctors who are training and working in the specialties of clinical oncology and clinical radiology.

The RCR’s flagship annual conference provides a platform for members to discuss the hot topics that will influence practice over the coming year. I worked with RCR to create the brand identity for their 2022 conference, and the rollout materials across a wide range of platforms.

 

The project

Inspired by the motion of an MRI scanner and the shape of a contour being rotated, I created futuristic spirograph devices.

These bold and adaptable graphics paired with a bright colour palette reflecting radiology imaging resulted in a bold and fresh identity which works alongside the RCR’s core brand, but brings a fresh visual language to the table, driving engagement and generating excitement around the event.
